RICHMOND, VIRGINIA — The Virginia Department of Corrections (VADOC) Office of Law Enforcement Services (OLES) is investigating the death of an inmate following an apparent attack by another inmate at Keen Mountain Correctional Center.
If you would like a face-to-face visit with an inmate in a VADOC facility, you must get approval through a visitation application with the VA Department of Corrections prior to scheduling a visit.
The VADOC is an agency of the Virginia Office of Public Safety. Virginia Secretary of Public Safety Terrance Cole oversees 12 government agencies, including the VADOC.
