Brand new to ImgBurn, but it seems like a great program. I tried burning a .bin file, and while the process seemed to work just fine, the CD shows up with 0 objects. I'm wondering how the .cue file works in all of this, since ImgBurn seems to ignore it, at least as far as I can see. Perhaps it is...

I did that and tried to burn a disc and it failed with an I/O error half way through burning. I inserted another disc and it failed immediately with the same issue as soon as it started burning.

After the usual unplug/power off/change disc routine, try burning a disc with Test Mode enabled: if it works OK then we know the media is the problem; if it hangs again then the problem is your USB enclosure.
